**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced full-time permanent Accounts Receivable/ Payable Officer. To be considered, you must have good people skills, organisational skills and attention to details. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Following up with clients for invoicing and ensure timely payment collection.
- Generating of purchase orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues.
- Maintain proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
**About you**:
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in MYOB or XERO software would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
