Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing privately owned business based in Tullamarine, WHF options.
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established and growing privately owned organisation based in Tullamarine.
Our client has recently gone through significant growth and are now looking to add an AP Officer in to their friendly & inclusive finance team. They will also offer a flexible (WFH) hybrid working environment.
This position is offered on a full-time temporary contract that will highly likely go permanent after 3 months.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties will include:
- Processing of supplier invoices with attention to detail and accuracy
- Matching and verifying purchase orders to invoices
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries.
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Scheduling and preparing payments
- Submit weekly estimates of funds required for Payment Runs
**Your Profile**
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment. You will also need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
