As the Facility Operations Assistant Manager, you will assist with leading, mentoring and developing our large and diverse team. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail you will be a key part of our teams continued success.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Assist with the departmental rostering requirements in line with budgetary guidelines
- Supervise, support and provide team members feedback on performance
- Monitor departmental expenditure and the completion of business plans including budgets and forecasts
- Assist in the recruitment, training and performance management of team members

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel
- Familiarity working with Enterprise Agreements & Payroll systems in a highly regulated environment
- Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team
