**Your new role**

The Facilities Manger will provide day to day technical support to the operations team, including the development, implementation and ongoing management of initiatives and actions. You will also perform the following but not limited too:

- Work in close consultation with the Accounts Manager, direct and manage the Facilities Management technical services components for the asset maintenance at the Site to ensure opium FM services.
- Accountable for Project delivery across all site.
- Conduct Monthly Operational Site reviews with the client.
- Manage the clients building minimum regulatory compliance requirements for the FM service, including identifying gaps in compliance.
- Deliver the asset maintenance management strategy for the FM services.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience
- Strong business acumen with demonstrate business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities
- Experience as a Facilities Manager
- Electrical Trade, Electrical Licence and experience in high voltage
