**The role**

Based in Salisbury with some flexibility for remote working the role will report to the Training Compliance Manager. This will largely be a role designing and implementing learning resources and assessment tools to support our training plans across the fire protection business

This will include:

- Utilising a diverse range of tools and programs to develop learning resources
- Understanding the relevant skills and industry training requirements
- Working with operational management to develop training programs that support the needs of the business
- Supporting workplace Trainers and Assessors in the delivery of programs and assessment
- Keeping across emerging developments in the training sphere and developing programs in reaction to these developments

**You will need the following**:
Ideally you will hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent or higher qualification

In addition, you will be;
- Skilled at writing clear and understandable learning material
- Skilled at developing assessment tools compliant with training package and industry requirements
- Have excellent planning and project management skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills in communication, collaboration and relationship building
- Digital skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, web-based communications, eLearning development and learning management systems
- An understanding of the fire protection industry or a similar technical industry would be highly beneficial
