**Who the Company is?**

The idea for the al.ive body range was born after Design Duo Alisa and Lysandra Fraser regularly struggled to source bathroom and kitchen styling products that complemented their finished projects, while also offering the product purity their clients expected. They found the personal care market was saturated with brands that placed major emphasis on either design aesthetic or product purity, but rarely did one brand achieve both. So after 18 months of intense determination and exploration, the result is a personal care range aimed at the conscious consumer who values high-end design and demands product integrity.

The name, al.ive body, was inspired by the twins’ passion for environmental causes that help keep our planet ‘alive’, and incorporates the first initials of their names. As designers and entrepreneurs, Alisa and Lysandra are committed to positively influencing the personal care landscape, as well as raising awareness and giving back to the planet.

**Looking for their “Integrator”**

If you have read the book Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman you will understand the perfect match that we are looking for in this position. We are looking for the “Integrator” to support the “Visionary”.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day to day operational activities across the business.

This position will assist in advancing the continuous improvement of the organisation and will play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and executing the organisational strategy.

Leading a current team of 4 direct reports including Marketing, Research & Innovation, Operations & Business Manager, this role will assist the organisation build the operations and management team to its next level of growth. To note, there are plans for additional roles that will report to this position, including the Finance Manager, to be introduced shortly.

To be successful in this role, the strength’s and responsibilities of the “Integrator” will be:

- Deliverer - to lead priorities and smash forecasts and goals.
- Team builder - build and develop a strong management team to support the operations.
- Run the day to day - excel at leadership, management, and holding people accountable to confidently manage the day to day operations and free up the CEO's time to spend as the ‘Visionary’.
- Harmonious operator - integrate the business’s essential functions including sales and marketing, people and culture, operations and finance.
- Steady force - manage and execute projects well with a steady force, cadence, and consistency.
- Execute the vision - champion an operational and marketing plan to execute the strategic plan for the next 3 years as well as clarify and align goals (rocks), values, and priorities to carry out the business plan.
- Voice of reason - filter the CEO’s ideas to remove obstacles for the leadership team.

**About the successful applicant**:
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:

- 5+ years prior relevant experience at an executive level working in an e-commerce business.
- Proven, successful experience as an ‘Integrator’ who gets things done
- Passion and experience working in a business that has AND continues to grow quickly.
- An ability to be both hands on and strategic.
- High energy and inspiring leadership.
- Ability to be referenced by your prior CEO/Executive as delivering on the 'Integrator' success factors as described above.
