About the Role

Lexus of Perth is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Osborne Park dealership in Western Australia. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the dealership, ensuring it consistently delivers exceptional customer service and achieves its financial and sales targets. This is a full-time position based at our Osborne Park location.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  3. Manage and coach the sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  4. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Lexus brand standards
  6. Represent the dealership in the local community and build relationships with key stakeholders
  7. Collaborate with the Lexus regional management team to support the overall business strategy
