**The Role**
This administration role is ideal for a person experienced in project administrative duties, especially if in construction or any trade service business. It's also for the person who wants to learn and grow, to take their administration and management skills to another level.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate client requests with estimator and project team
- Management of all project related documentation including contracts, job sheets and safety documentation
- Source materials and subcontractors
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Coordinate purchases and deliveries
- Invoicing
- Checking and entering supplier invoices
- Produce financial reports
**What you will need to apply**
- at least 2 year's experience in most of the tasks mentioned above
- are a great organiser
- good with administrative and financial details
- enjoy taking charge and getting things done
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- enjoy learning and growing your skills
