We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions while maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and customers both locally and internationally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will support the daily operations of our business, ensuring smooth coordination between supply chain, production, and customer service. Given our strong international supplier network, fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is essential to effectively liaise with overseas partners and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate purchase orders, supplier communications, and shipping documentation.
- Manage stock levels, incoming shipments, and inventory reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers in China and other regions, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Support customer service functions, including order tracking and delivery scheduling.
- Work with logistics providers to manage imports, exports, and local distribution.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams as required.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or administration (packaging/food industry experience is highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
