Permanent full time during school terms only

We are currently seeking a Secondary Operations Officer to join our Business Services team.

The successful applicant should possess the following:

- Active involvement in a local church with a Minister’s reference;
- Ongoing commitment to the College’s Purpose, Mission, and Statement of Faith;
- Commitment to setting an example to students, staff and parents in matters of faith and conduct;
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a school or similar environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality, compliance and professional standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and families.
- Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable.
