**About the role**

The Operations Coordinator schedules and enables resources for all creative projects through our creative team.

This role will involve the Operations Planner playing a supportive role in the creative team by coordinating the availability of creative briefs to achieve success. Main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Allocate work to creative teams and freelancers in consultation with Group Creative Director, Head of Studio, Managing Partners, CFO and Account Service
- Manage the flow and timeliness of all creative projects through our creative team
- Facilitate the account service brief & time allocation shuffle to balance delivery to clients’ needs, maximizing the use of our creative resource and minimizing the use of freelance resource
- Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively to creative team productivity
- Reprioritise creative workloads and update all affected parties as required
- Identifying and diagnose potential workflow bottlenecks and other problem areas

**About you**

The role requires high organisation, seamless attention to detail, strong communication and negotiation skills working with key stakeholders including the creative team, account service as well managing freelance flexible resource as required.

**Our ideal Operations Planner will have**:

- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at different levels
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the marketing industry
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and perform well
- Intermediate excel skillset highly desirable
- Experience with Resource Guru highly advantageous
