We are a premium frozen yoghurt, gelato and Acai brand specialising in unique, Asian-inspired flavours. We are committed to crafting high-quality frozen desserts and toppings, pushing the boundaries of taste and creativity.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Froyo & Gelato Maker (we will train you) & Baker to lead our Central Kitchen. This role requires both technical expertise and a refined palate to develop new flavours, sauces, and toppings. You will oversee the daily production of frozen yoghurt, gelato, acai, toppings and sauces, while ensuring top-tier quality and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

- **Production & Manufacturing**
- Lead the daily production of frozen yoghurt, express gelato, and acai.
- Oversee the baking of fresh toppings, including crumble, cookies, brownies, and other specialty items.
- Ensure high-quality standards in every batch produced.

**Research & Development (R&D)**:

- Innovate and develop unique frozen yoghurt, gelato, and topping flavors.
- Create new sauces and inclusions that enhance our experience.
- Experiment with different textures, ingredients, and production techniques.

**Kitchen, Inventory & Roster Management**:

- Oversee stock levels and ingredient procurement for the central kitchen.
- Maintain and optimise production efficiency while minimising waste.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage and organise the production schedule and central kitchen roster to ensure smooth operations.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of kitchen assistants and production staff.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold quality and consistency.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Requirements**:
Preferred but not essential - proven experience in frozen dessert production (gelato, ice cream, or frozen yoghurt).

Strong baking skills and experience in creating desserts & toppings.

A passion for innovation and flavour development.

Ability to manage a central kitchen, including production planning, inventory control, and central kitchen staff scheduling.

Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.

Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
