QuickTurn Hospitality is seeking experienced Senior Baker Chef to join our Team, NSW Regionals
- 1 hr 30 minutes Drive from Sydney airport.

To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
As our Baker, you will be working full-time, 38-40 hours.

Your main duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensuring the cleanliness of working area and equipment before production
- Reviewing the materials used for baking before production
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to produce various bakery products
- Weighing materials for appropriate quantity of each product
- Cutting dough into equal parts to ensure product consistency
- Monitoring the oven temperature and time during production
- Need to really have laminating and sourdough experience.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,369.65 per year
