Bread Baker

We are an award winning artisan gluten-free bakery with Cafes in Alexandria, CBD and another in Waverley. Our very busy HACCP certified business trades 7 days a week for take away, online orders, deliveries, catering, wholesale and more. Accredited by Coeliac Australia, our range of innovative premium products are hand-made in Alexandria. With an immediate start, we are looking for a reliable Baker Full-time to join our bread production team.

**Requirements & experience**
- Seeking an energetic team member with at least 2 year experience working in a Bakery or Production kitchen making and baking bread.
- Comfortable with working unsupervised in the evenings, weighing up ingredients according to recipe, lifting up to 20kg, proofing bread, scoring bread, baking bread and managing oven times.
- Work rights for Australia required to allow you to work 38 hours per week full time / unrestricted.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Full-time role working 5 days a week Thursday to Monday 3pm-11pm set shifts. Must be available to work weekends.
- You will be working with our Head baker and baker to assist them in making our Gluten-free Vegan sourdough bread varieties for retail, supermarket and wholesale production.
- Hot cross bun production and quality control of products baked on shift.
- Immediate start in Alexandria baking in our large Revent ovens.
