**This is a great opportunity to join the Medtronic Finance team. In a rewarding and challenging Procure-To-Pay Assistant role, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and to support the team and be part of the core team in Sydney office.

**A Day in the Life
**You will be providing organizational related support for other members within the organization to support IS, PTP and R2R initiatives. The role is not limited to:

- Conduct payments terms review on Vendors to improve working capital.
- FA count review and physical count required. Improve record keeping processes.
- Review and improve compliance reporting relating to Payment times reporting and government reporting surveys.
- Duplicate vendor review to improves internal control.
- Streamline and reduce urgent invoice processing.
- Manage open matters relating to AMEX/Vendor Statement

**Must Have
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills

**Nice to Have**
- Postgraduate currently doing Accountancy and Finance and/or prior experience in an AP or finance related role within a medium/large scale business.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Has relevant experiences or involvement in system or process implementation/transformation projects
- Basic knowledge in ERP systems
- Advanced analytical skills
- Great communications and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum commitment of 3 working days per week
