THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager of Asset Management, this role will see you develop strategies and operational processes for the management of field tooling assets, maintenance of a centralised asset register and the programming and allocation of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Management of centralised asset database including data analysis, insight recommendations and providing reporting to key stakeholders
- Managing the allocation and recording of PPM programs.
- Develop documents for process mapping assets.
- Develop and implement life cycle planning of tooling assets including end of life analysis
- Providing recommendations for ongoing capital planning
- Developing processes to manage procurement, warehousing, distribution, and collection of field tools.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Degree in Business/Finance (essential)
- Previous asset management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational, communication, administrative and presenting skills
- Experienced process mapping and change management skills
- Advanced Microsoft -Word, Excel and some Power BI skills
