THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting for a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for administering annual essential services documentation for Coles Express and Liquor sites across Australia.

Reporting to the Asset Manager, the role will be responsible for:

- Maintain a register of annual fire safety statement (or equivalent) renewal dates for Coles Express and Liquor sites.
- Follow up with service contractors or technicians regularly to ensure records are obtained in a timely manner
- Provide completed maintenance documents to the building owner/their representative as required
- Provide administrative support as required within the asset and PPM workload.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- A Cert III/IV - Business or similar - Mandatory
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel - Essential
- Previous office administration experience minimum 3 years - Essential
- Understanding of essential services compliance requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administration function
