THE OPPORTUNITY

This position offers a detail orientated, reporting and analysis professional the opportunity to support a high performing team; simultaneously liaising with internal and external key stakeholders and supporting the Asset Manager in providing exceptional customer service.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain a high-volume maintenance and building asset register for customers
- Analyse, update and cleanse asset data to meet customer needs
- Project manage asset data collection by on site technicians and contractors
- Assist in designing and maintaining sophisticated capital planning reports through PowerBi
- Provide reporting and data analysis on scheduled and adhoc basis

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Tertiary qualification in Asset Maintenance, Engineering, Finance (or similar) - highly preferred
- Proven experience in project management & capital management
- Experience in creating and maintaining financials, cost analysis and budgets
- Must have expert Excel skills
- Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience - highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
