**What this opportunity involves**:
The Accounts Receivable Officer will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Trust Accounts Receivable information in accordance with internal control standards and agreed service level.

You will be part of an integral Trust Accounting team. The role will be based in JLL’s corporate office in Parramatta with hybrid work arrangements after on-the-job training / probation.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Cheque receipt allocation within 1 business day
Follow-up with banks on unidentified deposits
EFT receipts to be allocated within 24 hours where complete details are provided
Complete daily deposit listing
Review requests for real estate deposits, receipting the deposit in the system and ensure cheque is banked into a Trust account within 48 hours
Liaise with bank and/or Payables team to arrange release of real estate deposit funds
Ensure all EFT’s are identified and receipted within the states trust regulation
Generating Trust Reports
Daily bank reconciliation
Assist on escalated enquiries / issues
Any other tasks as directed by the AR Team Leader or Manager

Relevant Trust Accounting experience from a property/legal industry will be highly regarded
Trust regulations knowledge or experience will be desirable but not essential
Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely data entry skills
Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritising own workload
Excellent communication skills - telephone, written and in person
A great team player
