To provide comprehensive secretarial, business & change management support combined with administrative support at an executive level to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) through excellent planning, organising and monitoring. The role holder will coordinate, support & lead Digital Business Services related events, communication, including administrative and change activities in their capacity supporting the COO. The individual requires strong initiative and sound judgment with the ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and drive business & change management projects as assigned
- Assist COO in coordinating strategic planning matters with businesses
- Assist COO in executing their responsibility in monitoring / ensuring various compliance matters are adhered to by Digital Business Services team
- Manage communications across Digital Business Services
- Plan, organise and contribute to Department Functions, as well as visits from Senior Global & Regional DBS members to allow for effective business partnering
- Monitor costs for Digital Business Services to ensure we are tracking to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as well as assist DBS COO with AOP process
- Assist in identifying and arranging training / development opportunities for the Digital Business Services team
- Assist DBS COO with driving People Agenda for Digital Business Services
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and their direct reports
- Act as a conduit between Digital Business Services and the Team Assistants / EA / PAs community to ensure accurate cost reporting across the bank

- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Understand and interpret business requirements
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands
- Strong writing and numerical skills as well as an advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office
