**We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and provide support to our COO, Risk based in Sydney
**How will I help?**
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including event management, travel arrangements, administration, system management, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. You will also be the central point of contact for team members across the wider business unit.

**What do I need?**
To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, possess excellent computer literacy. Having a strong knowledge of the Westpac systems, policies and processes, would be highly valued. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and have a strong attention to detail. With experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You're a self-leader who can work independently and prioritise tasks effectively as they arise. You will be a vital part of the team, so having an approachable nature and the ability to work well with other members of the leadership team is crucial. Additionally, you can support and mentor other Team Assistants within the business.
