We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our practice available for an experienced Practice Manager seeking permanent full-time work (Monday to Fridays). This role encompasses the management of Healthy Smiles Dental Group and our sleep dentistry side, Sleep Dream Smile.

**The Heart of the role**:

- Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team of over 45 people in a positive environment.
- Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget.
- ⁠Managing clinical aspect including maintaining sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control.
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts.
- General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps.
- Proactively marketing the practice to drive patient numbers and ensure retention of existing customers.
- Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff.
- Complete practice credentialing and compliance tasks.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous dental Practice Manager or strong clinical dental experience is required.
- Prior business and people management experience of a large team is essential.
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen.
- Understanding how to generate income and control costs.
- Ability to effectively roster clinical rooms.
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise.
- Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team.
- Experience in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice.
- Experience with Dentally PMS highly regarded.
