**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored for our façade products (e.g., cladding, louvres, aluminium panels, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create product literature, brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Manage and update content on the company’s website, digital platforms, and social media, focusing on façade-related solutions and projects.
- Managing our websites and other social media platforms and driving SEO performance.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, CPDs, and industry events to build awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities in the façade sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including architects, consultants, and real estate developers.
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials, samples, and product mock-ups for client presentations and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategy where necessary.
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, architecture, or façade-related industries.
- Understanding of façade systems, building envelopes, and the construction market is desirable
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for design and innovation.
- Familiarity with relevant standards, National Construction Code (NCC), fire compliance standards, and green building trends is a plus.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with sales, design, and production teams.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Existing network in the architectural or construction community.
- Knowledge of green building standards and sustainability trends in facades.
- Experience working in a B2B technical product marketing environment.
- Portfolio of content or campaigns focused on architectural metalwork or façade systems.
- Understanding of project-based sales cycles and tender processes.
