Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Marketing Content Coordinator to join our small, passionate team. If you love turning ideas into visually engaging work and enjoy spending time outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

Based in Ingleburn, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts across two ARB 4X4 Accessory Subsidiary Brands within the 4X4 and outdoor adventure space. One day, you might be designing product packaging and user manuals, and the next, you could be coordinating a photoshoot at a 4WD track, on the beach, or at a work site. You'll bring creative flair and combine it with attention to detail across all design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand assets for print, digital, packaging, web, and retail applications
• Create content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots-both in studio and on location.
• Maintain organised project files and manage workflow across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create effective campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, essential)
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Shopify, and Mailchimp is highly regarded.
• Ability to take a brief and bring it to life creatively, consistently, and efficiently
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Lead creative output, present ideas confidently, and work independently.

Bonus Points

• Interest in 4X4, camping, or outdoor adventure
• Good driving record. Off-road experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Demonstrate confidence behind the camera or enthusiasm for developing this skill in a supportive team.
