The Role
A great opportunity has become available for an Operations Manager to join the Senior Management Team, based in Kewdale, WA. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational functions are in line with customer expectations, identify and train best practice for running efficient pre-production, production and installation processes.
This role will suit someone with a hands-on approach with excellent leadership and management skills.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assume responsibility for leading and effectively managing the operations personnel, strategies, and systems.
- Exemplify strong leadership skills to motivate and empower the Operations teams, establishing open and effective communication channels and providing regular feedback, ultimately resulting in the achievement of production targets and increased productivity.
- Guarantee that clients are given timely and regular communication regarding installation dates, estimated time of arrivals and project progress.
- Maintain and upkeep the warehouse, storage areas, and production equipment, ensuring they are always in optimum condition.
- Oversee and facilitate smooth transitions between stages, from site measurement and drafting to purchasing, production, assembly, and installation processes.
- Oversee the Operations department based in Melbourne, with occasional travel as required.

- Significant background fulfilling the role of an Operations Manager
- Highly motivated and proactive individual who demonstrates a strong drive for results and assumes accountability for actions
- Adept at leading and overseeing teams, including the facilitation of employee training, development, and performance
- Experience in project management, effectively coordinating with trades, suppliers, and customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to exhibit confidence in making necessary decisions and implementing changes as deemed necessary.
