**About The Role**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Managing a key portfolio of accounts with the purpose of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Developing positive relationships with direct and indirect client contacts at all levels of the business
- Acting as the point of contact and handling customers’ individual requirements relating to:

- Understanding their business and responding to business issues
- Recommending software changes of the existing products
- Liaising with respect to Product Roadmap execution
- Formalising customer requirements and liaising with the Enable Product and Engineering teams to design software feature solutions
- Writing, calculating, and presenting quotes to customers to obtain sign off
- Liaising with the team responsible (Product and Engineering) for delivering software solutions
- Managing the process of communications with Clients via project management software Basecamp
- Managing UAT with the customer to ensure expectations are met
- Interfacing with the Client Services team on behalf of clients to resolve any non-sales related issues
- Recording all sales activity in Salesforce
- Working with the Marketing team and line manager to devise and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Interfacing with the Senior Tender Coordinator to deliver successful tenders in the resources sector
- Resolving conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Collecting product feedback and deliver that to the Product team
- Attending and representing the organisation at sales and networking events for effective lead generation

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary level qualifications preferred
- Significant experience with mobilisation software / FIFO travel technology
- Experience in managing to contract requirements
- Significant workforce management and deployment experience inclusive of deploying to remote FIFO locations
- Experience with Enable Validate (ERMS) and/or Enable Logistics
- Senior FIFO workforce mobilisation experience - preferably to Woodside, Roy Hill, or BHP
- Customer relationship management skills
- An ability to manage to pre-determined sales targets
- A familiarity and liking for technology
- Excellent presentation, relationship building, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Significant mobilisation software experience
- A persistent and focused attitude
- HR and Recruitment knowledge an advantage
