**About the Role**

The Service Owner is the contact for entry for all VisionPLUS projects and test support engagements for projects across different product areas which includes:

- Consumer Finance
- Cash and Transactional Banking
- GTS (Commercial Cards)
- WIB (Business Cards)
- Merchants
- Collections
- Fraud and Risk

You will
- Manage projects, test support engagements and technical updates primarily in the CHANGE domain on behalf of the various Business product areas
- Liaison between Business teams requesting change, IT and Business Project managers and project teams and Fiserv, the VisionPLUS vendor
- Be the initial contact for new business requests for change for the business product owners, risk and project teams to ensure requests for estimation to Fiserv are complete and appropriate to meet the stated Business requirements
- Provide business consultancy with change requestors across the Product areas, architecture and project teams
- Management on behalf of the Business for standalone /small project changes in VisionPLUS
- Support the VisionPLUS Business Application Owner in Business team liaison, risk and compliance teams as required
- Support the internal team of Business Analysts in UAT assessments and liaising with the Business requestor to resolve issues or queries
- Support Fiserv design and solutioning regarding interpretation of requirements to ensure the Business needs are met by the solution
- Review Fiserv’s design documents to ensure accuracy and completeness to meeting business requirements and assisting in developing solutions to meet the Business requestor’s needs
- Assist Release Manager to determine Business priority of changes to facilitate prioritisation sessions

**What do I need?**
- Strong commitment to getting good customer outcomes for external customers and our internal Business product owners whom we represent
- 3-5 years Project management experience (Business or IT) essential
- Knowledge of credit card systems technology eco-system an advantage
- Ongoing curiosity and Interest in project changes in the Cards ecosystem to stay up to date for future projects that may impact VisionPLUS
