We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Owner to lead a Generative AI team and consistently deliver high-quality solutions and services. You will have a strong background in platform engineering within financial services and ensure that the platform adheres to security best practices and compliance standards by implementing necessary controls and measures to protect data and user privacy.
You will lead and manage the response to incidents affecting the platform, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on users. The service owner will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and support. Additionally, you will also facilitate smooth transitions during the implementation of new features or services and support organisational change management initiatives related to the platform.
- What you offer
- 8+ years’ experience in Platform Engineering within the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and cloud-native technologies
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders, risk management colleagues, and technical teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial mindset
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong understanding of technology landscape, including REST APIs, microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and security practices in a cloud environmentManaging the operations of AI products and services
