Join our dynamic Cards Business Support team as a Service Owner and become a champion for Westpac's credit card processing system, VisionPLUS. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of the credit card ecosystem to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and ongoing system optimisation

**How will I help?**
- Manage the full project lifecycle for VisionPLUS system changes, from planning and execution to delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and successful change implementation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and support internal/external audits by providing necessary evidence.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including product owners, vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage quarterly releases, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and business needs.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and deliver essential governance documentation.
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders, including Business teams, IT, Fiserv, and vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships to drive collaboration and information sharing.
- Uphold strong compliance standards and mitigate risks associated with changes.
- Support the BAU team with production issues and general inquiries.

**Capabilities & Experience**:

- Manage change and champion continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
- Think strategically with strong business acumen.
- Prioritise excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Be self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
- Excel at planning, organization, triage, and analysis.
- Possess 10+ years of credit card processing experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Effective communication skills

**Technology**:

- Understanding of VisionPLUS credit card processing system (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
