**Job Description**:
Due to ongoing growth within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Accounts Officer to join our Chemical services team based at Laverton North (VIC). As the Transport Accounts Officer ,you will be responsible for processing all sellside and buyside transactions to ensure that correct revenue is received from customers through daily processing of Transport activities. Also to ensure Toll group have paid for services rendered accurately and timely with external providers.

- 5pm Monday - Friday (flexible start and finish times).

As the Transport Accounts Officer, you will:

- Process all activities relating to Billing and paying of vendors and customer credit notes
- Maintain daily POD scanning and maintenance as required in Transport Management System
- Monitor unconfirmed order reports on a daily basis and run as required
- Transport Rating - rate transport transactions daily
- Complete Allocation and transport tasks as required by Transport Manager
- Complete other tasks as required by management

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience within a similar role within Transport & Logistics industry
- Excellent and proven MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (Ramco highly advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines with accuracy
