About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate schedules for vehicles and drivers, manage load documentation, and ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and safely. The role will involve planning for the following types of transport:

  • Supertilts

  • Quad Float

  • Flat Tops
  • Extendable Trailers
  • Steerable Jinkers
  • Tilt Trays

The work is predominantly Melbourne-based with opportunities for interstate coordination. Candidates must be willing to learn, be team players, and have strong organizational skills.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Previous experience in transport scheduling or logistics coordination
  • Strong understanding of freight, oversized, and over-mass load transport
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to liaise effectively with drivers and clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage compliance and fatigue management laws
  • Excellent communication skills and work ethic
  • Presentable and professional
