PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.
Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team based at our National Office located in Altona North. This role is a fast-paced role and will suit someone with energy, personal drive and flexibility.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Uploading of customer invoices into individual web portals in a timely and accurate manner
- Full Responsibility for some of the Major OEM Accounts
- Full reconciliation of Major accounts
- Debtor Collection of outstanding accounts
- Producing manual customer statements including weekly Transport Statements
- Liaising with customers including re-distribution of invoices and handling queries
- Assist in the raising of Manual Invoices and Credit notes
- Set up new accounts
- Daily allocation of EFT, Cheque and Credit Card payments
- Assist in the collection of outstanding Debtor accounts
- Assist other members within the Accounts Receivable team
**Skills & Experience for Success**:
- Minimum 3 years Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel including Vlookup
- Strong ability to maintain Customer relationships
- Problem resolution and negotiation skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Credit Management knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Showing initiative
- Ability to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Reliable, efficient and organised
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
