Your HR Generalist expertise is required for this National, thriving, manufacturing business

**Your new company**

Our client specialises in the busy blue-collar industry across multiple states. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to provide HR support on a full-time permanent basis.

**Your new role**

This busy role will see you responsible for:

- Providing HR generalist advice to managers and the leadership team
- End to end recruitment for a wide variety of positions as well as provide an understanding of the recruitment process to other stakeholders
- Analysing data for HR and compliance reporting
- Providing coaching and advice regarding any HR matters such as disciplinary matters and grievances
- Manage employee records using a HRIS
- Providing support to the P&C team at wide with implementing HR projects, research and processes
- Promoting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role or higher
- Qualifications in HR will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and provide advice to team members
- Problem-solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meeting tight deadlines
