Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Advisor on an 8-month contract. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and conducting HR management activities. This role involves providing operational support to veterinary teams, collaborating with other departments, and addressing any HR-related issues that arise daily.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
  • Skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-growing company environment
