**About the Role**

This full-time role will be managing our Danny Met Sally SIL Homes in **Mount Colah**. This in an ideal role for an experienced house leader/manager, preferably with a background in Nursing.

As Team Leader you will take charge across the following key areas:

- Lead and supervise staff members, ensuring they are providing high-quality support to residents.
- Provide direct support to participants as needed, addressing their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to always ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders including housing, coordination, client services, and recruitment to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living
- Relevant Qualification, Nursing Qualification highly advantageous
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & own car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Flexible availability
