**To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the following skills and experience are essential**:

- Personal Care and Full Hoist Experience
- Complex bowel care and catheter care experience
- Availability to work day / afternoon shifts and non-active sleepovers
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship by engaging and interacting with participants, their families and co-workers
- Experience working with spinal injuries / quadriplegics highly desirable

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Car and valid Australian driver's license
- Vehicle insurance policy and proof of car registration
- Well spoken and written English
- Proof of right to work within Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- Current FA & CPR Certificates
- Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience
- Ability to start immediately
- Availability to work non-active overnights, day and afternoon shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
