- Glory Care and Support is a growing NDIS disability service provider operating in the Upper North Shore Sydney and supports participants across the Sydney region. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Disability Service Coordinator.

**About the role**
- First point of contact for our customers, providing an engaging and professional service as you guide them through their prospective journey
- Manage appointment scheduling, issue notifications and conduct reminder calls
- Provide administrative support to customer activities
- Keep accurate and timely records and maintain databases
- Coordinate and maintain marketing material distribution, monthly newsletters and community support guides
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Office management duties

**About you**
- Advanced skills in assisting service users with a disability and thorough knowledge of the NDIS
- Ability to build a rapport and develop ongoing professional relationship with our participants
- A strong understanding of effective service delivery and experience in building support worker teams to achieve best outcomes for our participants
- Ability to communicate effectively and can demonstrate previous experience of lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
- Exceptional time management skills
- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft systems and HR management software
- A positive and up-beat disposition

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Working with children checks card
- Australia’s drivers licence
- NDIS worker screening
- First Aid certificate
- COVID-19 double vaccination
- Proof of rights to work in Australia

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
