Home and Disability Services:
Our Home and Disability Services provides top wellbeing services to the aged and those living with a disability across NSW. Our aim is to enable our clients to live in the comfort of their home’s or in our SIL facilities whilst receiving appropriate care and connecting with other members of the community. Our Services include domestic assistance, personal care, social activities, SIL ,SDA etc.

SIL PROGRAM MANAGER job description:

- Travel across multiple sites and regions will be required as part of the role.
- Oversee the quality and outcomes of all operational functions delivered by our SIL facilities, ensuring standards are achieved and maintained
- Evidence that all SIL clients goals are met, outcomes measured and documented.
- Evidence that outcomes in 100% of Disability Services operational services are measured against targets, quality and financial indicators; analysis of outcomes reported monthly.
- Make sure company meet monthly budgets
- Set operational targets fortnightly and monitor outcomes weekly within all operational areas/programs
- Ensure all services remain compliant with all relevant legislation and service agreements, for supported independent living (SIL).
- Actively engage with Department of Health and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for different matters relating to SIL.
- Keep a track if NDIS funding is up to do for clients receiving support from specialist services.
- Growth targets met month by month.
- Obtain new referrals on monthly basis.
- 100% of supported independent living services compliant with the NDIS quality standards at all times
- Making sure all SIL team leaders and Managers are maintaining proper compliance required.
- Manage new opened facilities until house is full.
- Lead and manage the operational work of the SIL division within the company.
- Have regular meetings with team leaders and House managers.
- Dealing with all complaints from SIL directly.
- Making sure every SIL facility is following Incident reporting and all other compliance required.
- Doing performance reviews with all SIL managers and Team leaders quaterly.
- Embed NDIS practice across the Disability SIL programs with consistent and efficient processes in place for NDIS participants
- Supervise the performance of the house managers; coaching, mentoring and supervising direct reports to enable them to deliver on documented Key Performance Indicators.
- Instill a culture of staff wellbeing and safety into all SIL areas

- staff receiving regular formal supervision
- Action plan implementing recommendations of the Staff
- Professional Development Plan implemented and monitored
- Responsibility for identifying and seeking out appropriate resources
- liaise and network with a number of external service providers, organisations and stakeholders within the community, with the view to providing the most appropriate and effective services and supports.
- Experience in developing, managing and evaluating business models.
Eligibility:
1. qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. Significant and proven experience in relavant field

3. Strong contacts within NDIS community and social workers.
4. Demonstrated effective people leadership including the management of work place culture, performance matters, complaints and concerns.
5. Advanced knowledge of the needs of people with disability including a knowledge of what it is to live in a supported independent living service.
6. Advanced knowledge of the disability industry, relevant legislation, regulations, standards and industry trends.
7. Advanced knowledge of supported independent living legislation, guidelines and quality standards.
10. Effective interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate complex matters and resolve conflict.
12. Experience at operational management level
13. Demonstrated experience in change management practice from the identification of need for change to the implementation of change.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
