**The Opportunity - About the Role**

You’ll play a pivotal role in being responsible for delivering professional workflow and coordination across all People and Culture(P&C) related activities and accurate guidance and support to our employees in relation to P&C policies, procedures/processes, and systems. Providing high level customer service, including responding to first level queries and maintaining data integrity across systems and documentation.

In addition, working in collaboration with the various stakeholders, you’ll partner with the broader P&C team to drive ongoing process improvement and identify ways to enhance the employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Providing a high quality, consistent customer experience within agreed service level commitments through the effective processing and closure of all P&C-related enquires, in line with the tiered service delivery model
- Preparing and issuing documentation for employees regarding changes to employment conditions, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and received on time
- Managing workflows and input new starter details into the HR Management System and other systems as required, within set timeframes
- Uploading employee files electronically through to the electronic personnel record database
- Maintaining P&C intranet pages, ensuring content is up to date and all hyperlinks are active to their respective pages
- Supporting rollout and coordination of all P&C activities/initiatives
- Providing ad-hoc operational administrative assistance and support to the P&C services Manager, P&C Leadership Team, and P&C team

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be a customer focused professional looking to grow your generalist HR experience within an environment where you will be supported to use and develop your problem-solving skills. Your experience is likely to include the following, but we are also open to Graduates or Administration/ customer service professionals with transferable skills;
- Experience in HR/Administration, contact centre or similar customer service discipline
- Knowledge of and experience in interpretating and working with industrial instruments (Awards/Agreements) would be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong organisational administrative skills, including high level skills in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a fast paced, team environment governed by service level agreements
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
