**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking a Human Resources graduate or experienced HR Administrator who is passionate about HR, People related systems and delivering exceptional employee experiences. We have a Sydney based, permanent opportunity for someone looking to commence or grow their HR career in a large People team bursting with energy and experience.

The purpose of the People Services Coordinator role is to provide a range of HR services and administrative support across all key Business Units to enable the business to achieve its operational and strategic objectives.

This is a **permanent** opportunity based in the **Sydney CBD.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Draft and deliver the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding as it relates to HR administration through document generation and data entry in EML’s HRIS
- Provide advice and support to HRBP’s, Talent, employees, and leaders on the suite of People Services processes and activities
- Summarise and action employee changes which are effective in each pay cycle according to the People Services Payroll process
- Act as an expert (super-user) for the effective management and maintenance of all relevant People systems
- Ensure all People systems have accurate data by performing adhoc reporting/data audits
- Keep our customers front of mind by driving continuous improvement efficiencies across People Services systems and processes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Exposure to and knowledge of Human Resources specialties including Recruitment, Remuneration and Human Resources administration
- Previous experience using a HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
