Key priorities are onboarding new employees, facilitating internal movements and supporting new contract mobilisations whilst always ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.

**Details**:

- Parramatta Location - 3 WFH days after training period
- $35+super | permanent offer will be $75,000k package
- 3 month contract role with strong possibility to go permanent
- Ideal experience in administration, or recently completed a HR degree with no experience also welcome to apply
- Must be available to work in a fast paced and high volume role

**Role duties**:

- Assist with the adhoc administration of the HR team
- Draft contract and employment letters
- Coordinate and manage the booking of all pre-employment checks including medicals and police checks
- Provide system support when necessary
- Maintain employee files
- Assist with employment in-bound queries
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Excellent customer services
- Ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines whist working under pressure
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
