**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

In your new role you will undertake day-to-day people related administration and coordination, supporting the delivery of the People, Culture and Safety strategy through guidance to managers and employees in relation to people policies, practices, and processes.

You will provide exceptional customer service and be comfortable triaging issues while ensuring queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and maintaining a positive experience for our people.

With your strong service mindset, you will be prompt and works closely with the broader People and Culture team to ensure Transgrid's HR policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible.

**About you**
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business or Commerce or related field or relevant experience in Human Resource management
- Minimum three years’ experience in undertaking HR processes including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, induction and maintaining accurate employee information
- Sound understanding of Modern Awards, National Employment Standards and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements
- Exceptional customer service skills (internal and external) with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, adhering to deadlines
- Ability to continually review and improve processes and ways of working.
- Experience using a variety of systems and reporting tools.
- Experience in continuous improvement, maintaining process maps, work instructions.
