Busy criminal law firm based in Melbourne seeking experienced full-time paralegal. Our firm is passionate about providing accessible legal services to the community. We are very collaborative and hard working and provide a great work environment. We require an enthusiastic admin staff with a minimum of 12 month's experience in admin or similar with a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to multi-task. You will have initiative, attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and be a team player. This role is suitable to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment - we deal with excited and varied matters and no two days are the same. Your role will be pivotal in keeping everyone organised, particularly in complex, longstanding criminal matters.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and filing legal documents
- Communicating with external organisations
- Preparing materials for trial proceedings
- Coordinating appointments, including all correspondence and logistics if necessary
