Exciting Opportunity for Legal Administration or Paralegal

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Legal Administration Assistant or Paralegal to join our team at Liston Legal Glen Innes.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in professional services administration, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and specialised software such as LEAP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Paralegal or Legal Administrative experience
  • Familiarity with PEXA portals and online court systems.
  • Experience in handling complex legal documents and case management.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
