**Your Impact**

You will technically lead a beverage product category aligned to a business unit and deliver all New Product Developments (NPD) projects and supply chain initiatives.

Additionally, you will drive and deliver technically complex projects, such as: exploring and introducing new ingredient technology; implementing new capability or production processes; and deliver large supply chain efficiency projects, impact multiple SKUs across multiple manufacturing sites at Asahi Beverages.

Note: We have two positions available - one 12 month fixed-term contract, and one 24 month fixed-term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Product Categories and deliver the portfolio of New Product Development and other brand lead business initiatives
- Leverage ingredient suppliers to explore new ingredients and technologies that offer differentiated products to consumers. Create concept liquids that bring new opportunities to life and present these to commercial partners/ Marketing.
- Work side-by-side with and influence Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal and Insights/Consumer Science colleagues, to successfully deliver NPD projects, to the high-quality standard
- Pro-actively engage marketing and legal to ensure all desired marketing claims defined early in a project and substantiated through use of ingredient technology during development and maintained though-out product shelf life
- Generate accurate and fully complaint artwork briefs and approve final all final packaging formats

**About You**
- Degree qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Formulation Science, Bioscience, or related discipline
- Good understanding of brands and brand lead innovation.
- Experience in leading NPD projects, influencing brand teams and consumer insights teams, to drive product development and delver taste profiles that delight consumers
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Proven track record of problem solving in a complex manufacturing environment
