We are looking for an Account Executive who would focus on driving SaaS revenue growth by engaging enterprise-level school networks and decision-makers. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage a defined product portfolio, identify opportunities within complex sales cycles, and leverage strategic relationships to secure high-value deals. Success requires deep product expertise, the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder engagements, and a consultative approach to selling. You’ll proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline, combining outbound prospecting with marketing-driven leads, while continuously refining strategies to maximize revenue. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive enterprise-level sales by engaging senior stakeholders, school networks, and education decision-makers to expand market presence.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic selling of SaaS solutions tailored for schools and educational institutions.
- Develop and optimize a strong pipeline with a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and referrals to maintain steady deal flow.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder engagements, budget approvals, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations, articulating value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Strategically position solutions against competitors, showcasing the benefits of seamless SIS integration, security, and long-term efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain accurate forecasting, and ensure smooth deal progression.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving needs in the education sector to refine sales strategies.
- Travel as needed for in-person meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to strengthen business relationships.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Proven success in sales, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue and close deals
- EdTech familiarity and understanding of K-12 school environments (preferred)
- Exposure to international or regional markets (preferred)
- Results-driven mindset - highly motivated, competitive, and accountable for personal performance
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within EdTech
- Strong relationship-building, engaging decision-makers across IT, finance, and leadership
- Consultative sales approach, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Expert negotiation & closing skills, ensuring seamless deal progression
- Agility in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving business demands
- Deep industry knowledge, understanding trends, competitors, and market positioning
- Strategic communication & influence, driving decisions and overcoming objections
- Sales execution & product expertise, effectively positioning solutions and cross-selling

This role is based working from our Hawthorne office. It’s a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
