We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a **HR Operations Lead** to join our team for Merlin Entertainments Australia and New Zealand.

**About the Role**

Working with the team that runs Australia’s most iconic attractions, including SEA LIFE, WILD LIFE, Madame Tussauds and Sydney Tower Eye, you will be a part of every aspect of the HR function.

There will be a strong focus on providing high level systems and administrative support for special projects and supporting the HR leadership team. Responsibilities include:

- Ensure high-quality delivery of service to HR team in particular Payroll and HR Business Partners
- Oversee the management of the People Portal system (Cornerstone) with the aim of ensuring 100% accuracy
- Set up systems and reporting that integrates information from multiple data sources, including Cornerstone, ADP, and excel.
- Manage employee related documentation such as contracts, employee and variation of employment letters
- Manage the day to day administration of the HR databases and Systems including regular reporting
- Lead a team of HR administrators to work efficiently and effectively

**About You**

It would also be beneficial to have:

- A degree in Human Resources or related experience (desirable)
- Previous experience in a data driven role /analytics role specifically in a HR function
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
