NTT is looking for an HR Operations Team Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The HR Operations Lead will manage the implementation of HR strategy and HR processes across the Australia and New Zealand region. This resource will also manage process updates and new functions implementation in the Workday HRIS system.
**Working at NTT**
Your role will have a variety of responsibilities and these would include to:
- Manage the HR Operations function for Australia and New Zealand
- Lead the Corporate Shared Services Team based in India
- Ensure implementation of global and country specific HR policies and the introduction of policies to ensure local compliance
- Train managers on Corporate Shared Services and use of Workday to drive HR processes (specially the governance process and Workday)
- Manage and implement HR Reporting across ANZ
- Manage implement of HR Operations Projects across ANZ
- Perform detailed data analysis and reporting within the HR systems landscape
- Develop customised reports by working with stakeholders to understand the problem and build a tailored solution.
- Extract and prepare timely and accurate reports in response to management and statutory reporting requirements (external and internal)
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Strong experience in an HR role specifically in HR Operations
- Solid experience with Workday HRIS.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in delivering end to end deliverables/mini projects
- Good understanding of HR / Payroll processes
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivery
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
