- Broad HR generalist experience to provide a high-quality HR expertise, including workforce planning, succession planning, employee development and engagement, performance management, works compensation and HR administration.

- Ability to develop strong working relationships by building credibility, respect and support.
- Resilient and able to work in a fast pace and high demand environment.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and applicable legislation.
