With a national presence and a strong local spirit, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. **As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our head office in Perth City.**

**Your New Role**
As HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a range of HR functions including employee relations, return to work case management, policy development, training, compliance, and health & safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue employment-related documentation including contracts, change of conditions, higher duties, confirmations, and termination letters.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and other employment transitions to ensure smooth and compliant experiences.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation is filed and updated in accordance with privacy legislation and internal protocols.
- Respond to HR-related enquiries from employees and leaders with accurate, timely, and policy-aligned advice.
- Support Leaders and employees to improve working relationships, maintain morale, high productivity and strong retention.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all HR matters, maintaining strong governance through adherence to policies, checklists, workflows, and delegations of authority.
- Ensure adherence visa obligations.
- Oversee workers compensation claims and facilitate safe return-to-work processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and tools to support operational efficiency and employee experience.

***What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industry Relations, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail, with strong organisation and time management skills.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Work Health & Safety principles, processes, and systems.
